In the old days the name Hobart was synonymous with mixers, however the market place has become more crowded in modern times.
Small table top mixers and food prep machines are available from KitchenAid and Robotcoupe, with larger bench-style models supplied by Electrolux and Metcalfe, amongst others.

Our best-sellers are the 7 and 10 litre heavy duty mixers. Floor-standing models go to much larger capacities, for example Hobart's HL1400, which has a massive 160 litre capacity.
Note that you may see the light duty KitchenAid K45 advertised as a commercial mixer. We do not agree, and do not offer this model.
