Commercial chest freezers have metal - as opposed to plastic - interior lining, which of course leads to a harder wearing product with a longer lifespan. You will also notice that commercial units include a digital temperature display for ease of HACCP record keeping.
We also supply models with stainless steel lids, but you can't use the lid as a worktop if regular access to the frozen food is required. This is why upright cabinets are more popular in the catering trade than chest freezers.
